Refund policy

At SLIQ Theory, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 48-hour return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts.
• The product should not have any physical damage, scratches, dents, or signs of misuse.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must provide:

• A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

Please note that claims for damaged, defective, or missing items without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return or exchange approval.

Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, modification, or mishandling by the customer.
• Claims for damage reported without an unboxing video.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• The refund amount will typically be credited within 8–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

6-Month Product Warranty

All eligible SLIQ Theory products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues arising under normal usage conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by accidents, drops, misuse, or negligence.
• Water or liquid damage.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear.
